Her mission is to uplift young readers who’ve experienced silence, trauma, or self-doubt—reminding them that their voice matters, their story matters, and healing is possible.

      Iyesha Hodge is a passionate author, mother, and advocate dedicated to helping children find strength in their stories. Through her brand A Voiceless Child, Iyesha creates heartfelt books that give a voice to those who have felt silenced. Drawing from her own journey, she writes with compassion, honesty, and a mission to inspire healing in young readers.

      Her books, including The Girl Who Found Her Voice and The Boy Who Found His Voice, empower children to speak up, express their feelings, and know they are never alone.

      When she’s not writing, Iyesha is uplifting communities, supporting youth, and reminding the world that every voice deserves to be heard.
